Astrea hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı tüm verileri kalıcı olarak silmek için aşağıdaki iki yoldan birini kullanabilirsiniz.

Yöntem 1: Uygulama İçinden (Anında)

Astrea uygulamasını açın.
Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
"Hesabımı Sil" seçeneğine dokunun.
Onay adımını tamamlayın. Silme işlemi hemen başlar.

Yöntem 2: E-posta ile Talep (Uygulamaya Erişemiyorsanız)

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa (cihaz değişikliği, silinmiş uygulama vb.), kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi veya hesap bilginizi belirterek [email protected] adresine "Astrea hesap silme talebi" konu başlığıyla e-posta gönderin.

Süre: Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alınır ve verileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir.

Silinen Veriler

Profil bilgileri (isim/etiket, e-posta)
Doğum bilgileri (tarih, saat, yer) ve natal harita önbelleği
Sohbet geçmişi ve kullanım/kota sayaçları
Uyum (synastry) kayıtları ve partner etiketleri
Abonelik/hesap eşleme kimlikleri (RevenueCat/Apple/Google bağlantı kaydı)
Push bildirim jetonu

Not: Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan işlem kayıtları (örn. faturalandırma geçmişi mağaza sağlayıcısında tutulur) bu kapsamın dışındadır ve ilgili mağazanın (Apple/Google) kendi politikasına tabidir.

Astrea Account Deletion Request

To permanently delete your Astrea account and all associated data, use one of the two methods below.

Method 1: In-App (Immediate)

Open the Astrea app.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap "Delete My Account".
Complete the confirmation step. Deletion begins immediately.

Method 2: Email Request (If You Can't Access the App)

If you no longer have access to the app (device change, app deleted, etc.), send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Astrea account deletion request", including your registered email address or account information.

Timeline: Your request will be processed within 30 days and your data will be permanently deleted.

Data Deleted

Profile information (name/label, email)
Birth data (date, time, place) and natal chart cache
Chat history and usage/quota counters
Synastry (compatibility) records and partner labels
Subscription/account linkage identifiers (RevenueCat/Apple/Google link record)
Push notification token

Note: Transaction records subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. billing history held by the store provider) are outside this scope and are governed by the respective store's (Apple/Google) own policy.
